THIGHS: THE LONG AND STRONG OF IT

In this workshop, we will focus on unblocking the grips we hold in the frontal hips and thighs, and balancing the pelvis to allow for an effortless extension across and through the hips in a variety of asanas.  By learning to create length in the frontal thigh and frontal hip region, and by bringing the proper position to the pelvis and lumbar region, we will learn to thread our awareness seamlessly from the legs, through the hips, to the torso.
