Mind to Balance: Deepening your Practice of Inversion.

Saturdays 2­-3:30pm - July 25, August 1 and 8th. Level 2 and up.

In this 3­ part series, we will gain practical experience on ways to prepare for a variety of inversions, balancing strength and stability with flexibility and openness in the shoulder girdle and chest.  We will build confidence in our inversions as we explore a variety of safe and effective ways of entering and exiting the poses. Poses to be explored include: full arm balance, head balance and shoulderstand.
