Natural resistance to stretching the tendinous fibers of the hamstrings and limitation in the range of motion of the hips (usually due to years of sitting in chairs), limits our physical freedom and comfort.  Opening the hips and lengthening the hamstrings are the keys to balancing the pelvis, finding proper extension in the spine and preserving the health of the knees and lower back   Join Lara in this playfully intense workshop where you will move from preparatory poses to more advanced poses, each asana building upon the previous.  To register, please visit Kula Soho
