Hamstring Clinic: Strengthening and Lengthening the back of the leg

This workshop is being offered in response to the myriad hamstring injuries ranging from mild discomfort to outright pulls that are arising in general classes. Lara will explain why and how certain actions exacerbate hamstring issues and teach how proper use of the limbs in downward facing dog pose, other standing forward bends and backbends. This class will help you understand the proper use of arms and legs and bring both strength and length to your hamstrings. Those with hamstring issues will learn how to alleviate the pain and avoid re-injurying that area in the future.
