In this workshop we will focus on building a strong foundation for the inversions and balancing by strengthening the arms, stabilizing the shoulders and developing abdominal strength to support the center of the body.  In addition to the required upper body and abdominal strength necessary for inversions and arm balances, we will work on the flexibility of the spine and hips needed for the variations in headstand and arm balancing.
